Package Discounts

Second to None

New Client Discount

20 % off any purchased service package.
( Valid only for new signing customers. The discount will be applied to your invoice for your first cleaning session)

65 and Older Discount

10 % off any purchased service package.
( Must provide photo I.D. as proof of age and must be at least 65 years of age)

Veteran's Package

One- time deep clean, two man crew for an overall price of $30.00 /hr. PLUS $20.00 off the purchase of a bi-weekly service contract with a 30 day minimum.
(Identification required)

Educator's Package

Standard Clean including window's and blinds as well as heater's and vents PLUS $10.00 off next scheduled clean.
(If booked within 30 days of your last appointment)

Fireman's Package

3 free add-on's with the purchase of a bi-weekly, standard clean, 60 day contract ( 4 confirmed bi-weekly cleans scheduled) PLUS 5 tickets (5 chances) to win a free 2 hour, 2 man crew, deep clean package from our monthly Luck-of-the-Draw.
(Must show proof of employment with Fire Department)

Officer's Package

Flat rate charge ($20.00 /hr per. housekeeper) for Garage/Basement/Attic/Storage Clean out PLUS 5 tickets (5 chances) to win a free 2 hour, 2 man crew, deep clean package from our monthly Luck-of-the-Draw.
(Must show proof of employment with Law Enforcement)

Medical Package

Bi- weekly standard clean with 3 free add-on's (under $15.00) PLUS 10 tickets (10 chances) to win a free 2 hour, 2 man crew, deep clean package from our monthly Luck-of-the-Draw.
(Must show verification of affiliation in medical field)

Official's Package

$10.00 off first two cleans with the purchase of standard clean monthly, with a 3 month contract PLUS 5 tickets (5 chances) to win a free 2 hour, 2 man crew, deep clean package from our monthly Luck-of-the-Draw.

(Must show proof of affiliation with Government)

Discount/Package's Term's & Conditions:
First time clientele will have the option to choose between the 20% New Client Discount OR one of the above listed packages. Each client may only purchase one package annually. If services are continued after completion of the discount contract, a new contract will be designed based on our flat rate ($20.00 an hour per housekeeper) two man crew (minimum) and additional charges for special requests and add-on's, as listed in the Add-on's section.
Person's purchasing any of the above packages provide proof of identification and affiliation with the department's listed.
